4. Email Automation and Opt-In

Zippli sends automated email replies on behalf of real estate agents to their leads. All email recipients have initiated contact by submitting a real estate inquiry form, responding to a property listing, or directly contacting the agent requesting information about properties. The automated reply is a direct response to that inbound inquiry.

Message Types: Automated emails sent through Zippli are personalized first-response messages to inbound real estate inquiries. They are transactional in nature and sent in direct response to a lead's inquiry.

Opt-Out: Recipients can opt out of further automated messages at any time by replying to any Zippli-sent email requesting no further contact. Upon receiving such a request, no further automated messages will be sent to that address.

No Sharing of Email Data: Email addresses and contact data processed through Zippli will never be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies absolutely and without exception, regardless of any other data sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Stripe (payment processing), Postmark (email delivery), OpenAI (automated reply generation), and Google (email and workspace).
