4. SMS Messaging and Opt-In

Zippli sends automated SMS messages on behalf of real estate agents to their leads. All SMS recipients have opted in by submitting a real estate inquiry form, responding to a property listing, or directly contacting the agent requesting information about properties.

Every SMS message sent through Zippli includes opt-out instructions. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. They can request help by replying HELP.

Message frequency varies based on lead activity and the agent's configured workflows. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Zippli complies with all applicable carrier regulations including A2P 10DLC requirements for business SMS messaging in the United States.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (email and workspace).
