4. SMS Messaging and Opt-In

Zippli sends automated SMS messages on behalf of real estate agents to their leads. All SMS recipients have opted in by submitting a real estate inquiry form, responding to a property listing, or directly contacting the agent requesting information about properties.

Message Types: Messages sent through Zippli may include initial lead response messages, appointment scheduling and reminders, nurture follow-up sequences, market updates, and database reactivation messages.

Opt-Out: Every SMS message sent through Zippli includes opt-out instructions. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent to that number. Recipients can request help by replying HELP.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead activity and the agent's configured workflows. You may receive up to 7 messages over a 7-day nurture sequence.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Zippli is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data: SMS opt-in information — including your mobile phone number and consent records — will never be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies absolutely and without exception, regardless of any other data sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Zippli complies with all applicable carrier regulations including A2P 10DLC requirements for business SMS messaging in the United States.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (email and workspace). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

• Business transfers: If Zippli is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

SMS opt-in data will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We retain lead contact data on your behalf for as long as your subscription is active.

When you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
